Vinayak Rao

Vinayak is a senior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst pursuing a degree in Computer Science. He has experience as a Software Engineering Intern at Fidelity Investments and he most recently interned at Microsoft, where he worked on building data pipelines for anomaly detection. He’s interested in software engineering and research, particularly in the application of ML in interdisciplinary fields like healthcare or finance. Currently, he is a Quantitative Trader for MAIF’s Quant Arm. In his free time, Vinayak enjoys playing chess, reading, and solving puzzles.
