Long/Short Junior Analyst

The Minuteman Alternative Investment Fund (MAIF) is seeking to onboard Junior Analysts to join their Long/Short strategy. We are looking for motivated, intelligent individuals with strong analytical skills and a passion for learning about the financial markets. If selected, Junior Analysts would undergo a thorough training program where they learn the requisite material for being a successful investment analyst in the fund, while being closely mentored by senior members. The lessons include Capital Markets, Accounting, Basic Finance, Thesis Creation, Financial Modeling & Valuation, and Bloomberg Terminal, among others.

Quantitative Analyst & Trader

Quantitative finance is rapidly becoming one of the most sought-after fields in the financial industry, offering a distinct edge over traditional market approaches through sophisticated analytical methods. The Minutemen Alternative Investment Fund is pioneering the first Quantitative Finance fund on campus, focusing on the application of advanced machine learning, data science, and statistical models for real-time trading of various financial instruments. This innovative program includes comprehensive training covering key areas such as options trading, time series analysis, volatility strategies, machine learning, and risk management.

Diversity Early Engagement Program

The Diversity Early Engagement Program (DEEP) is a 10-week educational curriculum that helps teach diverse candidates the fundamental skills they need to break into Wall Street. These activities include attending bi-weekly meetings, receiving mentorship from current members, and learning the technical skills necessary to succeed on the Street. Technical workshops include accounting lessons, valuation, and building a DCF. The program helps accelerate career development and invites members to connect with the extensive MAIF network employed at countless esteemed shops. Accelerated super days will be held at the end of the program to join the fund full-time.
