Junyang Lu

Junyang is a senior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst pursuing a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, and he is a member of the Commonwealth Honors College. He is currently researching the personalization of large language models under the guidance of Andrew Lan. Over the past few summers, he has interned at Fidelity Investments as a Data Engineer, working on data processing pipelines, building LSTM models, and maintaining backend infrastructure. He currently is a Quantitative Researcher in MAIF’s Quant Arm of the fund. In his free time, he likes to play frisbee and hike.
