Ishan is a freshman at The University of Massachusetts Amherst, majoring in Computer Science at the College of Information and Computer Science. He has extensive experience with machine-learning-related techniques and is currently researching Generative Adversarial Networks and Nash Equilibriums under Ph.D. candidate Amir Ramtin at the ACQuIRe Lab. Ishan is a quantitative researcher at MAIF’s quantitative arm and will be researching models for investing equities this semester. In his free time, he is a passionate fan of cricket (creating models to predict the results of matches), loves listening to music, and writes poetry.
